Hearing Wellness Organization Board of Directors
President - Margaret M. (Peg) Sass-Simon MA CCC-A
Peg Simon spent the first part of her career working with a group of Ear, Nose and Throat surgeons. Her diagnostic and hearing instrument experience with the doctors helped round out the education she received after attaining her masters degree in Audiology from Central Michigan University in 1985. Feeling a need to find a better business solution to help all people with hearing loss, Peg established the Hearing Wellness Center in 2004. Inspired by the founders of Hearing Wellness Organization, her business brought the "Loop America" initiative to her local area. Since then, the Hearing Wellness Center has looped over forty buildings in the community.

Personal Mission Statement - When I was introduced to hearing loops I was awed by the value these simple devices provided to people that were hard of hearing. What started as a volunteer project to provide better hearing in our community has become a rewarding business. I am blessed to make a living helping people hear better.

Personal Mission Statement - I've recently been introduced to the loop industry, and have quickly become passionate about serving a great cause. I am excited to spread awareness to the nation, provide hearing assistance, and ultimately help people achieve the quality of life they deserve. I have ten years of experience serving the community through the local church in areas of music, missions, youth ministries and homeless ministries. My family had a large part in developing awareness of care services in West Michigan for people with special needs, and also owned and operated several adult foster care homes for over 20 years. Growing up in that atmosphere has taught me a lot about life, and the importance of serving the community, especially those with impairments and disabilities. I believe Hearing Wellness Organization will do great things for West Michigan and beyond. I am blessed to be a part of this movement.
